Guidelines:

1. For accepting the blogging role, you agree to cover the whole show, which means you must be present 30 minutes before doors open (Doors are 1 hour before showtime).

2. Admittance for 1 person only. We may have other bloggers at the same show, but always plan to write as if you are the only one there doing it.

3. Write your true feelings. If you don’t like the show, sound, lights or whatever, we understand. You will not be penalized for writing what you think.

4. Your blog should be delivered no more than 3 days after the show. You will be given an email to send the blog to.  Subject should be “Blog from (your name) for (show attended)”.

5. You can take pictures, if the band permits. Taking at least one or two photos can really enhance the blog.  You will send the pics as attachments with the blog.

6. If you have a Blog of your own, please include the URL – we will link to you.

7. If you can – put your blog in HTML format using the tags <P>, <a href>, <img src />, <b>, <i>, <br /> and <blockquote> . Other tags might be removed.

8. If you become a constant blogger for shows, we will set you a profile to write from. You will then be able to write on other items if you feel necessary for the venue.

9. Certain shows may be excluded.

10. In certain cases, your blog may show up on more than the Annex site – Promoters of a show may use your material for their website.

11. PROFANITY – Keep it clean. We reserve the right to edit any blog.

12. Non-compliance to these guidelines will get you banned from doing any future blogging from the Annex.
